Yolanda Lerma is a Loan Analyst Assistant in the Loan Operations team and joined Succession Capital Alliance in 2012. She coordinates Michael’s meeting arrangements, travel, and administrative support to streamline his daily workload and communications with financial advisors and their clients.

Prior to joining Succession Capital Alliance, Yolanda worked over 20 years at a national telecommunications company and spent 8 years at the corporate headquarters of a jewelry direct sales company. She lives in Dana Point with her husband, Fred, has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys time with her family, reading and, having been born and raised in California, outdoor exercise.
