Sam Dickerson

Sam Dickerson serves as the Senior Director of Financial Operations at Succession Capital Alliance. In this role, he oversees budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and expense management. Sam also leads strategic financial initiatives and drives operational efficiency, supporting the growth and mission of SCA.

Before joining SCA, Sam was the Head of Financial Planning for Amazon’s European transportation business, based in London. There, he led financial planning for a $19B+ operation, managed quarterly and annual forecasting cycles, and delivered financial insights that shaped Amazon’s logistics vision across Europe.

Sam began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he spent over 11 years in the Private Company Assurance practice. As a Director, he led audit engagements for multinational clients and advised on complex accounting matters including GAAP/IFRS compliance, IPO readiness, transaction support, and capital offerings. His experience spans industries and geographies, including extended assignments in Washington, D.C., London, England, and Jacksonville, Florida.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Samford University, where he double-majored in Accounting and Economics with a concentration in International Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Florida and a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons, playing tennis, and following both American and European football.
