Senior Medical Case Manager

Mark Williams

Mark is the Senior Medical Case Manager at Succession Capital Alliance (SCA). He is responsible for navigating large and complex cases through underwriting. His position also involves helping SCA’s other case managers overcome problems that arise during the underwriting process, as well as work with the inforce service team handling our valued and long-time clientele.

Mark joined SCA in August 2000 after having started in the insurance business in the mid 80’s. He has worked with different companies, serving in different roles of the industry: administration, underwriting, servicing and sales, grateful for every opportunity over the years.

Mark always wanted to be an architect growing up in an artistic family. Now, he still has that love of art, and spends his free time painting, and working with his hands doing carpentry and welding - which he learned during covid.
